Parking at Brownridge Terrace
Each apartment at Brownridge Terrace includes one underground garage parking space. Additional spaces are also available to lease on a first-come, first-served basis for $75/mo. 12-month leases are preferred, but shorter term leases may be considered depending upon availability.
Residents and guests at Brownridge Terrace are welcome to park in the surface lot surrounding the property.
Parking permits are not required.
